It's more than good enough I even managed to squeeze the blardy Survey Of Political History submission of outline for our main assignment. Picked probably the most elaborated topic of finding the 'Best Governmental System For A State' but the challenge is kinda simultaneously stimulating at the same time. Tried to over ambitiously do this project for another subject Political Thought 1 during my first year and our group got only half the mark 10 over 20 because we just threw Aristotle and Imam Al-Ghazali's ideas to form the governmental system. More like throwing the two thinkers' biographies together to be more exact so now I see how the lecturer was more than generous enough to grant us that 10 marks. Not to say I'm much better than I was in 1st year but it's only natural to assume some progress has taken place in between those two years spent in classes ey.
Went to see The Imaginarium Of Dr Parnassus (I sure hope to God I got the title right as too lazy to check on net) and Did You Hear About The Morgans? just now at Cineleisure. Would do proper reviews once I feel like it as rushing to post this entry before midnight in keeping with the spirit of attempting to a post a day bs. Found the (considerably) super cheap second hand books place at Sun Comic. Been meaning to check it out all this while but just figured out the right parking spot and the whole less walking plan thing. Got two for the price of 30 bucks. White Trash by some British writer and sumthinsumthin Colours about the sleazy side of politics. I think they made it into a film with John Cusack and James Spade because I faintly remember catching it on HBO last time. Pace was a bit monotonous so am hoping the book would be more juicy. They just opened up Popeye's there so had their awesome biscuits while watching the movies. The only cinema etiquette I run over time and time again. Eating food that may induce discomfort to others. Boo pah. Could think of a million other thing one can do to offend people in a cinema. Plus I sit far far away from others. I like to keep human contact that way.
